Data controller
The data controller for the personal data described on this page is KAGIO, the trading name of Antonis Kagio (Αντώνης Κάγιο), based in Volos, Greece. For any matter relating to the processing of personal data, you may contact us by email at adonis.kajo@gmail.com or by telephone on +30 694 261 3681.
What the site collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no user account, no traffic analysis system, and no advertising or social media script is loaded. Your visit is not reported to any third party.
Cookies and local storage
The website sets no cookies and stores no data on the visitor's device. The private administration area, which is not reachable by visitors, uses one strictly necessary session cookie, deleted on sign out. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to seek consent for from visitors. See the Cookies page.
Fonts and images
Fonts and photographs are served from the same domain as the site. No request is made to Google Fonts or to any other external provider, so no third party receives your IP address from these pages.
Server logs
The hosting provider maintains standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security purposes and to maintain service operation. These are not used to build visitor profiles and are not combined with other data.
When you contact us
If you contact us by telephone, message or email, the details you provide are retained for as long as is necessary to respond and to carry out the work, and thereafter for as long as tax and accounting legislation requires. They are not passed to third parties who are not involved in carrying out the work, and they are not sold.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the data held about you, and the right to rectification, erasure, objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at adonis.kajo@gmail.com or on +30 694 261 3681. You will receive a response within one month.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, dpa.gr.
Changes to this policy
If the site acquires a contact form, a map, a booking system or a traffic analysis tool, this page is updated before that feature goes live, not after.
